Rockwool (ไฟเบอร์เท็กซ์ และ ไฟเบอร์เมท) of Roxul Firesafe Insulation is made from basalt, a volcanie stone

Rockwool products withstand temperatures up to 1000 ํC making them exceptionally heat insulation, sound absorbing. This Roxul product made from  inorganic material makes no harm to plants and animals, it doesn’t contain CFCs, HCFCs and Asbestos (Refer to “What is Asbestos”)

What Are CFCs, HCFCs ?

CFC & HCFC are categorized in the hazard material for ozone destroying and causing Greenhouse Effect.

CFC stands for Chlorofluorocarbon

HCFC stands for Hydrochlorofluorocarbon 

These 2 words show us mixture of gas material which is contained Carbon, Fluoride and Chlorine

Useful/Goodness be used in some kinds of industries such as Plastic Foam, chiller in refrigerator and air conditioner, electronic circuit’s cleaner and being contained in spraying cans.

Harmful / Bad Destroy Ozone in Stratosphere atmosphere. CFCs fly to earth atmosphere then be impacted by Ultraviolet ray, it makes chain reaction which destroys Ozone in Ozone layer. Earth will got more Ultraviolet ray which can be caused of skin cancer and kill micro living things which is so dangerous.

Regarding to CFC & HCFC make the environment impact, so international and national organizations issue the limitation of using them. Many European nations ban CFC and HCFC for using in new cooler systems, however these material still be used in the existent old systems.
